HIGHLANDERS forward Charles Sibanda is keeping his head low after overtaking How Mine’s Kuda Musharu as PSL’s top goal scorer.
Sibanda struck a hat-trick on Sunday in the 4-2 win over Bantu Rovers to take his tally to 10 goals and two better than Musharu.
While the win helped Highlanders open a 10-point gap and boosted their quest for a first league title since 2006, Sibanda is refusing to praise his fine form.
“It is not about personal glory. There is still the league title to fight for and that calls for a lot of hard work,” Sibanda said.
“The immediate task is to help the club win cups and then I start talking about personal glory. It will not be my own making but the hard work of my teammates.”
