THE equities market on Friday closed the week in the black with the industrial index adding 0.28 points to close at 187.44 points.
The cement maker PPC moved up five cents to trade at 230 cents. Fidelity Life, TA Holdings and Zimplow added a cent each to close at nine cents, two cents and eight cents. Dairibord Zimbabwe was up 0.70 cents to trade at 11 cents.
Two counters traded in red as Meikles lost a cent to 18 cents and RTG retreated 0.10 cents to 1.10 cents.
The industrial index dropped 0.36 points compared to week ending 27 June.
The mining index slipped 1.80 points to close at 54.56 points. Bindura was 0.20 cents lower to close at 4.30 cents. Hwange was unchanged at five cents.
RioZim gained a cent to trade at 21 cents and Falgold was 0.50 cents solid to close at two cents.
