A DZIVARASEKWA man who exposed his manhood to his own daughter and uttered obscenities over badly cooked food appeared in court Thursday.
Isidori Chingara, 49, appeared before magistrate Josephine Sande facing charges of public indecency.
He was not asked to plead and was remanded in custody to Friday for his trial.
The incident reportedly occurred on January 21 around 11pm.
Chingara returned from work and his 19 year old daughter, Victoria, dished him supper. According to prosecutors, Chingara tasted the food before he started scolding his daughter for being a bad cook.
He left the food and went to his bedroom while his daughter went outside.
Chingara then stormed out of his bedroom wearing only his underwear.
He allegedly told his daughter that she was “his sperm” while lowering his pants to expose his manhood.
Prosecutor Peter Kachirika said he had no right to do so.
